Kocourek Byrider is seeking a PART-TIME motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Collections Associate to support our CNAC financing program. In this role, you will help customers stay on track with their vehicle payments while contributing to the financial strength and stability of our organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Contact customers with past-due accounts to arrange payment solutions

  • Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare and send collection notices and correspondence

  • Document all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately

  • Partner with customers to resolve billing or payment concerns

  • Collaborate with internal departments to address account-related inquiries

  • Follow up consistently to ensure payment commitments are met

  • Communicate potential risks or trends to management

  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 1–2 years of collections or customer service experience (automotive experience a plus)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with collections software preferred

  • Basic knowledge of lending and financing practices

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
