This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
  • Part-time 1-day per week within Monday - Friday
  • No nights or weekends
  • Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations
  • Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
  • Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns
  • Provide brief interventions and behavioral management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
  • Coverage area includes Spokane, Washington

Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $29,251 to $35,101 annually with no cap on productivity income
