Job description

As a Part-Time Staff Soccer Coach with Super Soccer Stars you will help mentor coaches, support administrative work, travel to different locations, coach different coaching styles and techniques, building strong and positive relationships, and teaching the FUNdamentals to children ages 12 months - 7 years.
Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assist/Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in in an organized, structure, and fun manner.
  • Equipment set-up and break-down.
  • Provide individual and group attention to children.
  • Support Business Phone & Email Traffic
  • Support with Coach Hiring
  • Support with Coach Scheduling
  • Support with Customer Service
  • Support with Equipment Management & Distribution
  • Support with Compliance & Data Management

Compensation ranging from $18 to $40/per class + $18/hour for administrative work
Requirements
  • Able and willing to travel up to 45-minutes one-way to get to class locations
  • Availability must include one or more of the following:

Weekday Mornings (9 am - 12 pm)
Weekday Afternoons (2 pm - 6 pm)
Weekend mornings (8:30 am - 2 pm)
  • Prior experience working with children preferred.
