$ 35/hour, with a salary increase available after 9 months.

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) for a full-time opportunity in our skilled nursing facility. This position is designed to provide strong mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and a supportive environment to help you successfully complete your Clinical Fellowship Year.

What You'll Do:

  • Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations under supervision
  • Provide individualized therapy treatments for communication, cognition, and dysphagia needs
  • Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary rehab teams
  • Build clinical skills in documentation, Medicare guidelines, and treatment planning
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and support throughout your CFY experience
