Job description

YESCO is seeking part-time employees to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols.
General Purpose
Drives personal truck or automobile over specified geographic areas to locate and report sign and lighting outages and
sign service issues by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio app on your cell phone, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities
  • Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues
  • Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address
  • Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor
  • Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners
Marginal Duties & Responsibilities
  • Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned
Nature of Work Contacts
  • Interacts regularly with supervisor, service, and sales employees in the field and in the office to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues
