Work side-by-side with licensed Physical Therapists, gain hands-on clinical experience, and join our Pre-PT School Training Pathway, where over 90% of graduates are accepted into their top Doctor of Physical Therapy program. This role is ideal for soon to be college grads pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or healthcare administration. No clinical experience needed - we train you.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
  • Support Physical Therapists during treatment by setting up equipment and assisting with patient flow
  • Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team
  • Keep treatment areas clean, stocked, and ready for patients
  • Help the front desk as needed by checking in patients and supporting clinic flow
  • Create a positive, welcoming environment for patients and teammates
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures

Expected Work Schedule:
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your school or work commitments.
Preferred hours are: Mon 1:30pm - 6:30pm, Tues 9am - 3pm, Wed & Fri: 7:30am-6:30pm.

Pay: Hourly wage of $10-$12, plus the career-building experience you need for PT school applications.
