Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle following all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests during transportation.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Keep track of shuttle schedules and adhere to designated routes.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff to coordinate guest transportation needs.
  • Report any vehicles issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for guests throughout the transportation process.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license (CDL)
  • Clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous driving experience
