Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions

  • Professionally greets visitors following security protocol by signing in vendors, customers, and various visitors with a pleasant demeanor, issuing badges and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals
  • Plans, organizes, and executes monthly luncheons and other events from start to finish
  • Hosts events, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for attendees
  • Manages event setup, breakdown and cleanup, maintaining a tidy and professional environment
  • Coordinates with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations
  • Answers and routes incoming phone calls, delivers messages with polite professionalism
  • Uses Microsoft Office suite for email, budget tracking, and managing conference room calendars
  • Prepares and submits expense reports
  • Performs routine errands including shopping for office supplies, picking up food orders, and completing other authorized deliveries to support daily office operations
  • Maintains professionalism and cleanliness of office daily by stocking refrigerator, wiping counters, tidying conference rooms and common areas, emptying trash, re-stocking office and bathroom supplies, etc.
  • May assist in executing employee morale programs such as birthday gifting, corporate giveaways, and life event gifting

Required Education and Experience

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year administrative experience
  • Minimum of three 3 years’ customer service, guest relations, or hospitality experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation during work hours
  • US Citizenship Required
