SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will own the day-to-day administration of our agency-wide SharePoint Online site, working directly with our Power Platform Architect to design and deliver solutions that make a real impact on how the organization operates. This is not a maintenance role. You will take requirements and run with them independently, bringing your own ideas and delivering polished, production-ready work with minimal back and forth.
On any given week you might be redesigning an intranet page, building a Canvas App from scratch, untangling a messy document library, updating site or library permissions, troubleshooting access for a user, or finding a way to use a new platform capability before anyone else on the team has tried it. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys exploring what the Microsoft 365 platform can do. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Apps or Power Automate
  • 2+ years of experience with Power Automate development work
  • 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse as a data source in Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience with Power BI, including report building and embedding in SharePoint or Power Apps
  • Experience with Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Power Platform AI Builder models
  • Experience with Power Pages
  • Possession of excellent communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
