Position Overview:

This is a part-time seasonal position at the RBC Amphitheater in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled.

Listed are some of the key responsibilities and duties required of an In-Seat Server:

  • Product Knowledge - must quickly learn the In-Seat menu.
  • Must provide a high level of customer service. Serve all customers courteously and cordially.
  • Required to adhere to all in-house and AGCO alcohol policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests sitting in our boxed seats.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure the guest has received all their orders.
  • Ensure all tabs are settled before the end of the event and that the guest is charged accurately.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a team player by helping others where appropriate and/or when asked.
  • Minimum of two years server experience in a high-traffic establishment required.
  • Must have a valid Smart Serve and be at least 18 years of age to legally serve alcohol.
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends when needed.

pay rate: $21 per hour
