Server Requirements:
  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What you'll do as a Server:
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing menus and explaining specials or promotions.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Enter orders into the POS system and relay to kitchen/bar staff as needed.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
  • Process guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately.
  • Participate in continuous Food & Beverage trainings.
  • Monitor guest consumption and behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
