About the Role
We're seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care. You'll deliver personalized, skilled nursing care in the comfort of each patient's home, helping children thrive while making a meaningful impact on their lives and the lives of their families.
Whether you're an experienced pediatric nurse or new to home health, we'll provide the training, clinical support, and flexibility you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home
- Perform patient assessments and implement individualized plans of care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the clinical team
- Educate and support caregivers
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

Qualifications
- Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
