Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while actively embracing our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your daily activities may include:

  • Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing participation in the daily life of residents.
  • Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
  • Initiating care plans as necessary and effectively supervising resident care.
  • Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction.
Position Details

Part-Time Schedule: Saturdays from 6 PM to 6 AM

Compensation: $40-48 per hour based on experience, plus a shift differential of $2-$3*

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid RN license in the state of application.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
