Job description

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for our Residential ISA Program to join our team!

In this role, you will assist the Program Manager in all aspects of program supervision, management and development of a licensed residential program providing transitional housing to individuals with psychiatric disabilities throughout Long Island and Queens.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2 years supervisory experience working with individuals with psychiatric disabilities OR a High School Diploma with 5 years of senior staff/supervisory experience. Knowledge of residential services, substance abuse services, evidence based practices and psychiatric rehabilitation practice. Clean, valid NY State Driver’s License. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

Position is based out of Brentwood, but oversee Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens. Position it requires travel to all sites & be on call in case of an emergency.
