Hiring seniors to work part time (approx 20 hours less per week)

Job Summary: The Caregiver role is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. Caregivers typically work with elderly or disabled individuals in a home setting.ย

Caregiver Compensation and Benefits:ย

  • Assistย clients with ambulation and mobility

Caregiver Requirements:ย 

  • Previousย caregiver experienceย preferredย 
  • Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
  • Adherence to health and safety standards
  • Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
  • Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner
  • Outstanding communication, timeย managementย andย interpersonal skills
  • Physical endurance to complete required tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalentย
