City Group Hospitality is a lively culinary atmosphere and is looking for someone to work within a close-knit team at our Catholic Senior High School location. We emphasize creating an environment that welcomes everyone and maintains a high standard for food and people. We are now accepting applications for an experienced and hardworking Prep Cook. Individuals who apply must submit a current resume and should have the following skills and attributes:

· A passion for food including a desire to continue education to build new menu items when requested and a love of event.

· Culture creator that supports and teaches as well as leading by example

· Open Availability, Ability to work mornings, Ability to work 8+ hour shifts

· A “YES” is the answer mentality. Including motivation to be the best

· A drive for achieving goals and working as a member of a team

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quality and speed of food services

· Cleanliness and hygiene

· Able to cross-train and work efficiently in different departments

· Knowledge of food handling
