Join our team as a full- or part-time Senior Living Caregiver at Legacy Retirement Residence of Mesa, where compassion meets purpose in a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents. In this fulfilling role, you will provide essential support and care that empowers seniors to live their best lives, fostering independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create engaging activities, and bring joy to those you care for each day.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current food handler's permit
  • CPR and first-aid certification
  • Fingerprint Clearance card
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employees
  • Willingness to work with the elderly
  • Completion of a certified caregiver course approved by the State of Arizona. If you don't have this, don't worry! We will assist you in completing the certification course!

We offer an attractive pay rate of $17.50 per hour, plus an array of exceptional benefits designed to support you personally and professionally.

As a full- or part-time Senior Living Caregiver, you greet familiar faces with warm smiles, providing hands-on care and support for their daily activities while ensuring their dignity and independence. With compassion, you assist them in their personal routines, skillfully balancing their independence with the care they require, all while documenting any significant changes for the Resident Care Coordinator. Throughout your day, you remain vigilant, reporting any health concerns promptly while upholding the confidentiality of each resident's information and maintaining the appearance and sanitation standards that reflect the high expectations of our Communities. Engaging in thoughtful conversations, you connect with residents, bringing warmth to their day and contributing to a community where everyone feels valued and cared for.
