Job Description
  • Job Title: IT Helpdesk Web Savvy Individual / Web Master
  • Job Description: We are looking for a bright, sharp, and organized internet savvy individual to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA for Level 1 or Level 2 technician Positions.
  • Type: Part-time with possibility of converting to full-time
  • General Working Days: Monday-Friday
  • General Working Hours: TBD (Approx 4-6h between 8:30am-2:00pm). Possibility to convert to long term contract, part time, or full time.
  • Availability: Immediate Opening

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform web related maintenances such entering product descriptions on various websites.
  • Trouble shoot basic IT related issues such as connecting computers, internet connections, etc
  • Proof read product packaging information
  • Grow our reach on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other Networks.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management
Qualifications
    • Excellent Writing Skills.
    • Strong Computer Skills (Windows troubleshooting, Excel, Outlook Email, Internet, Website, etc)
    • Able to code basic HTML
    • Must be active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
    • Legal to Work in the United States and be able to pass background check and screening
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills

        PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

        • Windows 7, 8, 2008 Experience
        • SEO, SEM Experience
        • Some programming experience such as PHP or ASP.net
