What you'll do

Essential Functions

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and oversee evidence-based programming using ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.)
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs on intervention plans and data collection systems
  • Ensure ongoing progress monitoring, data analysis, and goal refinement
  • Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative teams to implement behavior support plans
  • Support trauma-informed and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) practices
  • Lead team trainings and contribute to clinical program development
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide clinical consultation within school settings as needed
  • Provide remote clinical guidance to technicians supporting clients who display physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors

What you'll bring

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®
  • At least 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA settings, including at least 1 year providing remote supervision
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and experience with FBA/BIP development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to cultural responsiveness, ethical practice, and family-centered care
  • Must reside in California and be able to pass a criminal background check and Live Scan
Schedule and work environment

  • Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, including both direct billable work and the documentation, supervision, and team time that goes with it
  • Sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM; your hours will fall within that window based on caseload and client availability
  • This is a fully remote, telehealth-based role. You'll supervise clients receiving services in home, school, and clinic settings, but your work is conducted remotely
  • Requires a private, HIPAA-appropriate workspace and reliable high-speed internet
  • Frequent virtual interaction with families, technicians, educators, and allied professionals
  • Primarily sedentary work at a computer, with extended periods of video-based supervision and consultation
