As a Flower Processing Department Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver on our promise of excellence, and serving others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Unload trucks of large shipments of flowers and greens, check the quality and accuracy of the received inventory, count and record shipments of flowers and greens as they are received, report defects or damages of received product, store inventory in coolers, distribute inventory to different locations, wash buckets, clean all coolers, clean equipment, and keep inventory areas organized.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
  • Reliable and thrive in a fast-paced and physical environment
  • able to frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • able to stand on their feet and walk for 8 hours a day
  • read and speak English as well as basic math skills
  • able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
