Animal Healing Center is seeking a highly motivated receptionist to join our team. We are a busy holistic veterinary clinic located in San Diego.

The position is for a part-time/relief receptionist. 20-30 hours per week (there will be opportunities for more hours since we need coverage if/when other team members are sick or on vacation).

The ideal candidate will have pleasant phone etiquette, exceptional customer service standards, and the ability to work well with others while multitasking in a busy office. Candidates should be proficient in Windows and basic file manipulation (saving/renaming/uploading/emailing/faxing/word processing). The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading/reciting brief scripts to new/existing clients calling for more information regarding our services.
