Job description

Box Office Cashier - They create a welcome environment for patrons. Sells tickets to movies and special events, provides movie and event information, enforces theatre admission policies. Responsible for security of cash and tickets. Maintains and cleans Box Office area.

Duties:

1. Cheerfully greets patrons.

2. Provides movie, special event, and general theatre information.

3. Accurately sells tickets, accept payments, and makes change.

4. Properly operates Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers.

5. Properly operates and effectively communicates on a two-way radio.

6. Follow MPA film rating guidelines when selling admission tickets.

7. Follows theatre policies for selling admission tickets.

8. Answers the telephone courteously and professionally.

9. Keeps box office area clean and stocked with supplies.

10. Watches for safety issues (trip hazards, suspicious persons, etc.) and reports to management.

Concession Attendant - They serves prepackaged food and drink and maintains the concession area in a sanitary condition.

Duties:

1. Provides services to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

2. Serves food in proper pre-determined portion sizes.

3. Maintains adequate food/supplies.
