Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Location

Aventura, FL (Hybrid / On-site for filming preferred)

Salary

$800 – $1,200/month (Part-time, growth potential)

About the Role

We’re building a personal brand and content formats designed to go viral — not just look good.

The goal is simple:
Create short-form content that actually stops the scroll, drives engagement, and grows an audience.

What You’ll Do

  • Film content 1x per week (half-day sessions)
  • Edit 5–10 short-form videos per week (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Add subtitles, pacing, cuts, and basic effects
  • Help develop hooks, captions, and posting strategy
  • Identify trends and adapt them to our style (no copy-paste content)
  • Manage posting (optional but preferred)
  • Optimize content for performance (retention, engagement)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in social media & content creation
  • Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • Understanding of short-form video (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
  • Ability to think like a viewer (what makes someone stop scrolling?)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
  • Based in Miami (or able to join shoots regularly)

Nice to Have
