Job description

PCG-UI is currently seeking tutors to join our team! You will educate students in English, Social Studies, Math, and/or Science in Atlanta Public Schools.

These part-time/temporary positions will run through the end of the school year.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour

Schedule: Varied Based On Placement, Weekdays Part Time Between 7:30 A.M. & 3:30 P.M.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
  • Adhere to established teaching curriculum
  • Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
  • Document and share student grades and evaluations
  • Maintain the health and safety of all students
  • Minimum of an  Bachelors Degree
  • Previous experience in teaching/tutoring or other educational fields
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
