School Crossing Guard - Multiple Openings throughout Fairfax County
Location: Fairfax County, VA
NEW HIRE BONUS
$75 at 30 DAYS - $50 at 60 DAYS - $50 at 90 DAYS
New hires must remain actively employed and meet program eligibility requirements through each milestone to receive the applicable bonus.
PLUS: 2 HOURS OF ONBOARDING TIME REIMBURSED
New hires receive 2 hours of pay as reimbursement for time spent
completing the onboarding process. Included on your first paycheck.
Pay: Earn $33.00 per hour, working 1/2 hour before and 1/2 hour after school.
Position Overview
Join All City Management Services as a School Crossing Guard in Fairfax County. We are currently hiring multiple part-time School Crossing Guards. This position offers a flexible schedule while helping support safe routes to school for local students.
Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist pedestrians at designated school crossings
  • Help maintain safe traffic conditions near schools
  • Remain alert to changing traffic and pedestrian activity
  • Provide courteous communication with the public and school communities
  • Follow all safety protocols and assigned procedures

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Dependable and safety-focused
  • Able to work outdoors during varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable standing for scheduled shifts
