At Hillcrest House, a program of Sanctuary House, we are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for adults living with serious mental illness. We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our residential team in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
 
Open Positions: 

Direct Care Residential Staff – PART TIME  - 2nd Shift Weekdays + Every Other Weekend
  • Schedule -
    • 2nd Shift Weekdays (3 - 10 pm) (3 weekdays)
    • Every Other Saturday (1st or 2nd Shift Available)
    • Every other Sunday (1st or 2nd Shift Available)
What We're Looking For: 
  • A valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • 1 year of experience supporting adults with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizoaffective disorder).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  •  1+ year of experience working in a group home setting.
