We are currently seeking two dedicated part-time Client Services Interns for our New York City office and two interns for our Parsippany, NJ office.
This internship will run from August to December 2026 with a possibility for an extension. Candidates MUST be available to work on-site three (3) days per week.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment.
The primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Scanning of all client related tax documents into GFR system
  • Organize and maintain supply room and kitchen pantry
  • Restock supplies within the office, keep track of inventory and reorder supplies when low, maintain vendor relationships
  • Receive guests to the office and answer phones
  • Sort and distribute mail, prepare outgoing mail
  • Prepare and log all incoming/outgoing FedEx/Certified Mail and messenger packages. Interns in the New York City office must be comfortable to perform postal runs as needed
  • Assist the Receptionist with answering phone calls and scheduling meetings
  • Print, copy, and scan documents as requested
  • Provide administrative support to staff members across departments

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a cooperative, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • Exercises sound judgment, a quick learner and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrates a proactive approach and willingness to take initiative

Business Hours:
Normal business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Position is not available for remote work; attendance in the office is mandatory. Reliable transportation is required.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
