They may work in retail stores, over the phone, or in the field, and their primary goal is to drive sales and meet targets set by their employer. Part time sales reps often assist customers, answer questions, process transactions, and maintain product displays. Their schedules are typically flexible, making the role appealing for students, parents, or those seeking supplemental income.

What are some strategies for balancing part-time sales responsibilities with other commitments?

As a part-time Sales Rep, effective time management is key to balancing work with school, family, or another job. Most part-time positions offer flexible scheduling, but you'll need to prioritize lead follow-ups and meeting sales targets within limited hours. Staying organized—such as maintaining a clear calendar and using CRM tools—can help you maximize productivity during your shifts. Proactive communication with your manager and team ensures you stay aligned with goals and receive support as needed.

• Owner conversation: If it is a fit, you will speak with Colin, the owner.
ABOUT ART OF DRAWERS
We create custom pull-out drawer and storage solutions that transform cluttered cabinets into organized, accessible spaces. We are growing and need people-oriented problem-solvers who know how to listen, recommend solutions, and make customers feel heard. We provide full training. You bring the people skills and drive.
