About the Role
We're looking for Sales Associates to join our Malbon boutique in Boston, MA!
As the face of the brand on the sales floor, you'll deliver elevated customer experiences, foster meaningful connections, and bring Malbon's mission to life in every interaction. You'll support store operations, assist with merchandising and inventory, and help drive sales while creating an environment that's welcoming, inspiring, and reflective of our culture.
This is a part-time, in-store role with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience, anticipating needs and building authentic relationships.
  • Drive sales results by engaging customers, delivering expert product knowledge, and using effective selling techniques.
  • Support store operations including opening/closing responsibilities, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, golf culture, and style trends to inspire and educate customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet sales goals and maintain high store standards.
  • Represent Malbon as a brand champion inside and outside the store.
What You'll Bring
