Job description

American Call Solutions is looking for 2-3 energetic Inside Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects to work part-time for any shifts, during our 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm PST shifts. You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to drive revenue growth, and build new customer relationships. This is a great opportunity to join a team of professionals that are challenged and passionate about delivering quality product solutions and support to our customers. The goal for the Inside Sales Representative is growing our customer base and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through booked sale. Responsibilities:
  • Demo and sell products to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through phone, email as required.
  • Solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Sell our unique product in a high-activity, high-energy environment.
  • Build and manage your pipeline from cold calling to close, setting aggressive goals and achieving them.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments
  • Generate reports on a new sale, target achievements, issues to the management.
  • Get feedback and improve constantly.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • 2+ years of outbound business-to-business phone marketing and/or sales experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and think analytically
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience with a short (1-3 calls) sales cycle.
  • A desire to develop and grow with an in-depth onboarding program and ongoing sales training cutting edge sales training and programs.
  • HSD and 3-5 yrs proven sales experience/Degree preferred.
  • Ability to attend 100% of our paid training program, without absences. Depending on the department, training is 2-4 weeks long.
  • Must be 18+ years of age to apply
  • Must reside in the state of Washington
  • Must be able to work evenings, nights and at least 1 day on the weekend
