Cherokee Town & Country Club in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking to hire a Part-Time Food Runner to help our servers get orders out to our guests, ensuring that delivery is correct and timely. Our Food Runners earn $16.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $18.50 per hour based on open availability. based on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD RUNNER
As a Food Runner, you assist our servers in providing an exceptional experience for our members and their guests. Running food from the kitchen to tables in the restaurant, you always ensure that the food matches the order and is delivered in a timely, orderly, and efficient manner. After dropping off their food, you assist them with any requests they may have and try to anticipate their needs. Your strong communication skills allow you to work seamlessly with our servers.
Additionally, you handle the setup, breakdown, and refill of tables and the condiment station. At the beginning and end of every shift, you fill/drain soup wells. You also restock soup bowls, cups, and spoons. To ensure that our high standards of cleanliness are met, you keep serving trays clean and presentable at all times and change the linen as needed. We appreciate your organizational skills, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service abilities as you keep our restaurant running smoothly.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Capability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Willing to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to have open availability.
