Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard – Rover

Location: South San Diego County (Chula Vista, National City, El Cajon & Surrounding Areas)
Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Rover Security Guards to provide security coverage throughout South San Diego County, including Chula Vista, National City, El Cajon, and surrounding areas. This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide security coverage at various assigned locations.
  • Conduct routine foot patrols.
  • Maintain a visible and professional security presence.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Complete detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reports.
  • Respond appropriately to incidents while following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid California Guard Card (Required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
  • Willingness to travel between multiple sites throughout South San Diego County.
  • OC Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Willingness to complete additional training and certifications as needed.
