Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, warehouse spaces, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, deliveries, and visitors, verifying access permissions and reporting unusual behavior, damaged barriers, and/or unsecured areas.
• Support site operations by observing for potential hazards, equipment issues, and policy concerns during patrols, and communicating security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
