Job description

We are currently accepting applications for a part time dispatcher for our towing department. Must be able to work a flexible schedule INCLUDING NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.

Job duties include;
-Answering incoming phone calls from customers, motor clubs, and police departments requesting towing/roadside assistance.
-Gathering customer information in order to provide towing/roadside assistance service.
-Entering and dispatching service calls to drivers using our electronic dispatch system
-Contacting towing customers to assist with service.
-Processing driver paperwork.
-Releasing impounded vehicles to their owners.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task in an often fast-paced environment, the ability to work a flexible schedule mostly consisting of weekend hours. They must also be able to pass a pre-employment background screening as well as a drug screening.
