Job description


Summary
The RN in Adult Health Care (Med/Surg) is the basic level of professional nursing practice. The nurse identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility.
Schedule
  • 56 hours every 2 weeks
  • Rotating day, evening and night shifts
  • Every other weekend
  • Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay based on experience and degree
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour
    • Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour
    • Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour
  • Pay range: $43.24 to $65.47 per hour
  • $3,500 Hiring bonus!

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure in the State of Minnesota.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from Willmar, Minnesota and relocate to within 30 miles any time before and no later than 120 days after you start work. May not have worked for CentraCare in the past nine months.
