Job description

Part-Time Registered Nurse-Pre-op/Post-op and PacU

 At Wolfe Eye clinic, we create Better Vision for a Better Life.


Wolfe Surgery Center in Wes Des Moines has immediate opening for a part-time (1-2 days a week) Pre-op/Post-op and PacU Registered Nurse.

The Pre-op/Post-op and PacU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized care to patient before, during, and after surgery.
Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Ability to start an IV
  • Good time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrate scientific judgment and professionalism in the anticipation and planning for the care of our patients.

Applicants must have a current Iowa RN license, BLS, PALS and ACLS. Surgical facility experience is preferred.
