  • Care Plans
  • Assists the attending physician
  • Transcribes, documents, and implements physician's orders
  • contacts the resident's physician and family
  • Responsible for completing requires routine documentation
  • assist in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) process

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
  • CPR/BLS Certified
  • 1+ years experience in sub-acute and geriatrics settings preferred
  • Knowledge of nursing theory and practice, including the administration of medications
