We are looking for a Full-Time provider (32-40 hours weekly) to fill a float role between two facilities located in Keene, NH. This position is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $112,320 to $124,800, along with a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Key Responsibilities
The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing primary and urgent care services to residents in nursing centers.
- Collaborating with other medical providers to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through compassionate care.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a valid registered nurse license. For nurse practitioners, certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is required. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For physician assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where applicable, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for both APRN and PA roles.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range
Annual salary is set between USD $112,320.00 and USD $124,800.00.
