Our organization is excited to announce an opportunity in the rapidly growing field of Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care, offering excellent work-life balance with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!
We are looking for a Full-Time provider (32-40 hours weekly) to fill a float role between two facilities located in Keene, NH. This position is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.
The annual salary for this role ranges from $112,320 to $124,800, along with a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

Qualifications

Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For physician assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is necessary, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where applicable, the candidate must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for both APRN and PA roles.
