Job description

Eliza at Chagrin Falls, a New Eliza Jennings Community in Chagrin Falls is searching for full-time and part-time RN's to provide care in the skilled nursing facility.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The CHARGE NURSE is responsible for direct nursing care to residents as well as supervising the daily nursing activities of STNAs in accordance with regulations and company standards to ensure the highest quality care at all times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the skilled long-term care facility.
  • Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • Leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel.

Hiring Needs: Full time, Part-time
1st Shift: 7:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
2nd Shift: 7:00p.m. - 7:00a.m.

Rates: Up to $39.00/hr
