Schedule: Two 12-hour shifts per week
About the Role:
Southwoods Health is hiring a part-time RN to join our Inpatient Unit at The Surgical Hospital at Southwoods. We are looking for a dedicated professional to work two 12-hour day shifts per week, providing exceptional care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Essential Duties:
  • Direct Patient Care: Safely provide and guide care in the inpatient setting, including implementing care plans, delivering interventions, and administering medications.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate as an active team member to support optimal patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Care Planning: Plan and prioritize care to meet patient needs safely and effectively.
  • Resource Management: Practice cost containment by utilizing hospital resources appropriately.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict patient privacy and ensure the confidentiality of all protected health information (PHI).
