Flint & Midland, MI | $35–$40/hour

We’re seeking experienced RNs and LPNs who are dependable, professional, compassionate, and confident caring for medically complex patients in the home.

What You’ll Do:

Provide total patient care in the home setting

Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care

Administer medications via G-tube

Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Educate and support patients and their families

Accurately document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team

We’re Looking For:

✔ Ventilator & tracheostomy experience required

✔ Self-starter with excellent critical thinking skills

✔ Reliable, professional, and compassionate

✔ Strong communication and patient advocacy skills

✔ Current Michigan RN or LPN license

✔ Ability to pass a background check

✔ Current TB test and BLS

Available Shifts:

Days: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flint)

Days: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Midland)

Nights: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Flint)
