Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing team on a part-time basis. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents

  • Monitor and assess resident conditions; respond to changes in clinical status

  • Serve as clinical resource and mentor to nursing team members

  • Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

  • Assist with staffing coordination and shift assignments

Qualifications
  • Current, active RN license in good standing (state-specific)
