Hours: 12-hour shifts; 7-7.
Full Time: 3 shifts per week, with every other weekend expectation.
PRN requirement: 3 shifts per month; 1 of the shifts must be a weekend shift (Sat/Sun). 1 major holiday must be selected to work.
Base Compensation Range: $40.67-$48.53/hr depending on years of experience

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.
Position Highlights at a Glance:
  • Average Patient Length of Stay: 10-14 days
  • Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
  • Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
  • Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
