If you love educating patients, influencing decisions, leading a team, and helping people take action on their health goals, this role was built for you.

Why Join Gameday Men’s Health

  • True patient impact: Help men who are motivated to improve their lives, energy, confidence, and longevity
  • Growth-minded culture: Be part of one of the fastest-growing men’s health franchises in the country
  • Licensing covered: DEA registration and malpractice insurance paid 100% by Gameday
  • Performance-based upside: Monthly bonuses tied to personal and clinic performance

Our Core Values

  • Patient-First, Business-Smart: We do what’s right for patients while confidently recommending solutions that genuinely improve their health and quality of life
  • Extreme Ownership: We take responsibility for outcomes, not excuses
  • Relentless Excellence: We raise the bar on care, experience, professionalism, and results
  • Coachability & Growth: We seek feedback, embrace training, and continuously improve
  • Integrity Always: Ethical care, transparency, and trust — even when no one is watching

The Role: As Clinic Director, you will serve as the face of clinical care, a leader of people, and a trusted advisor to patients. Your ability to educate, influence, and confidently guide patients toward appropriate treatments is essential. This role requires comfort with consultative selling and helping patients understand service options that align with their goals, values, and health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, evaluating symptoms and lab results to identify appropriate treatment plans
  • Educate patients on Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Erectile Dysfunction treatments, Weight Loss, Peptides, and Vitamin Therapy, and more
  • Confidently recommend and guide patients toward services that best support their health goals
  • Prescribe and administer treatments under physician supervision, including TRT, ED therapies (GainsWave, P-Shot, Medication), PRP, weight loss protocols, and vitamin injections
  • Ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient outcomes

Sales, Influence & Growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor who effectively influences patient decision-making through education, empathy, and confidence
  • Drive personal and clinic revenue by converting consults into long-term patients
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to support clinic growth initiatives
  • Participate in community outreach, networking events, health fairs, golf tournaments, and local partnerships to drive awareness and patient acquisition

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with Medical Assistants, GM, and Medical Director
  • Foster a high-accountability, high-support culture focused on performance and patient satisfaction
  • Address patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support staff training and development to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate documentation, charting, and reporting
  • Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and executive leadership to align clinical execution with business goals

Qualifications

  • NP or PA degree from an accredited program
  • Active North Carolina medical license in good standing
  • Active DEA certificate is preferred
  • No current or pending malpractice actions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and educate patients
  • Comfort discussing men’s health topics, including testosterone optimization and erectile dysfunction
  • Sales-minded, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based compensation
  • Experience in healthcare leadership, business development, or clinic growth preferred
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, and peptides is preferred
  • Experience with PRP and Botox injections is preferred

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Enjoy educating and influencing patients, not just diagnosing
  • Take pride in helping patients say “yes” to improving their health
  • Hold yourself to high standards and expect the same from your team
  • Want more than a clinical job: you want impact, growth, and upside
  • Are energized by accountability, goals, and winning as a team

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Professional development assistance
  • Licensing and malpractice insurance

If you’re ready to practice at the top of your license, lead with purpose, and grow both professionally and financially, Gameday Men’s Health is your next move.
