The role requires a valid RN license and may also involve working with a team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized weight management plans.

Nurse Practitioner (NP / DNP)

Hormone Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, Peptides, Wellness & Aesthetics

Eden Health Club | Greenwood Village, Colorado (Hybrid) | Hourly | Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem

Compensation

$53 - $72 per hour, depending on experience

Hourly and non-exempt, at the same rate whether you work full-time, part-time, or per diem. Eligible for performance bonus and profit sharing.

About Eden Health Club

Eden Health Club is a wellness destination in Greenwood Village, Colorado, where medicine, fitness, recovery, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, regenerative medicine, and aesthetics all live under one roof. Our mission is simple: Look Better. Feel Better. Perform Better.

Alongside the club, we deliver care virtually to patients nationwide. This role sits across both, which means you get the reach of a telehealth practice and the hands-on work of a real clinic in the same job. We are cash-based on both sides - no insurance billing, and the time to actually build relationships with the people you treat.

About the Role

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team at our Greenwood Village club. You will see patients in person and virtually across hormone therapy, medical weight loss, peptides, longevity, and aesthetics - practicing with full physician collaboration and a team that wants you to expand your skill set rather than stay in one lane. DNP and MSN-prepared candidates are equally welcome. The role is paid hourly, so every hour you work is paid.

Please read this before the requirements: you do not need to be an injector to apply. Aesthetic injecting is a nice-to-have, not a requirement. If you are licensed, practicing, and excited about this kind of medicine, we want to hear from you - we provide hands-on training for the rest. Several of our strongest providers came from primary care, urgent care, and hospital backgrounds with no aesthetics experience at all.

What You'll Do

You will be based in our Greenwood Village club, seeing patients in person and virtually. A provider on our team may:

  • See patients in the club and virtually, with real time to build a relationship
  • Prescribe and manage medical weight loss and metabolic health
  • Manage hormone therapy for women and men, including pellet placement
  • Run peptide, longevity, and cellular health programs
  • Prescribe men's health, performance, and hair restoration therapies
  • Order and interpret labs, and adjust treatment plans as patients progress
  • Perform aesthetic injectables and regenerative treatments - training provided
  • Collaborate with our esthetics, fitness, nutrition, and recovery teams on whole-person plans

You will not be expected to do all of this on day one. We build your scope with you, at your pace.

What You Need

  • Current Colorado APRN license with Nurse Practitioner designation, or license-eligible before your start date
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states - our virtual patients are nationwide, and we cover every cost
  • National board certification (FNP, AGNP, AGACNP, ANP, WHNP, or equivalent), prescriptive authority, and active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
  • At least one year of clinical practice experience in any setting - primary care, urgent care, hospital, dermatology, or med spa all count
  • Located in the Denver metro area or relocating, and able to commute to the club
  • Comfortable practicing over video, and willing to learn procedural and injection-based care
  • Strong communication skills, a patient-first approach, and current BLS certification

Notice what is not on this list: aesthetic injecting, hormone therapy, weight loss, peptide, and device experience are all things we will teach you.

Newer NPs working through provisional prescriptive authority are encouraged to apply - we have the mentorship in place to support your hours.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Licensure in additional states, or willingness to obtain it - we cover the cost
  • Prior telehealth or virtual-visit experience
  • Experience with GLP-1 medical weight loss, hormone therapy, or peptides
  • Aesthetic injecting experience (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, dermal filler)
  • Functional, integrative, or longevity medicine background
  • Regenerative medicine, microneedling, or laser and light device experience
  • Experience in a cash-pay, concierge, or membership-based practice
  • Leadership, precepting, or mentoring experience

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay, plus performance bonus and profit sharing
  • Medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off (full-time)
  • Paid malpractice insurance
  • Paid hands-on training in injectables, hormones, peptides, and device work, with supervised sign-off before you work independently
  • Continuing education reimbursement up to $2,000 annually
  • Support and full cost coverage for licensure in additional states
  • Complimentary club membership and deep discounts on our services
  • A collaborative team, state-of-the-art technology, and real room to grow

Schedule & Location

This is a hybrid role based at our Greenwood Village, Colorado club - most of your week is in the building, so you will need to commute here reliably, with remote flexibility for telehealth blocks, lab reviews, and charting. Full-time, part-time, and per diem arrangements are all on the table; tell us what you are looking for. Weekdays, with occasional Saturday coverage shared across the team.

How to Apply

Send your resume and a short note about what draws you to this kind of medicine. If you have aesthetic or hormone experience, tell us about it. If you don't, tell us what you want to learn. We review every application and respond to every candidate.

Application deadline: this posting will remain open until the position is filled.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
