Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and ensure high-quality care for our in-home clients. This is a 20-hour-per-week position with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits.
  • Develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision to PCS aides.
  • Maintain Medicaid/DHHS compliant documentation.
  • Communicate with caregivers, families, and physicians.
  • Support quality assurance and compliance processes.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Active North Carolina RN license.
  • At lease 1 year of nursing experience.
  • Knowledge of NC PCS and DHHS requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
