SCHEDULE
Flexible outpatient leadership schedule
Ideal structure includes approximately 20 clinical hours weekly
Part-time or full-time consideration available
Outpatient-only environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $250,000 - $280,000+ depending on experience
Productivity bonus structure: $87 per encounter paid annually
Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 combined

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support multidisciplinary outpatient primary care team
Supervise 3 Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with physician team members
Oversee provider onboarding, clinical quality initiatives, and evidence-based care standards
Participate in strategic planning and executive leadership meetings
Maintain clinical practice responsibilities alongside administrative leadership duties
Support compliance initiatives and operational performance improvement
Participate in MAT-focused initiatives or obtain MAT certification if needed

Requirements

MD or DO REQUIRED
Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
Board Certified or Board Eligible REQUIRED
Must become Board Certified within 1 year if Board Eligible
Minimum 3 years clinical experience REQUIRED
DEA license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
Comfortable supervising Nurse Practitioners REQUIRED
Leadership experience preferred but not required
Commitment to underserved community health REQUIRED
Willingness to participate in MAT-focused care initiatives REQUIRED
