Rightway Home Care Services Inc. is hiring an RN for a client in Brooklyn Park. This position will be providing care for a 1 1/2 yo boy who is a very complex and medically fragile person, who also needs constant tube feeding.ย 
Rightway takes pride in providing exceptional care to our clients. We are seeking an immediate hire for a Registered Nurse to join our group of caring and fun employees, the position is part time, 1 or 2 days a week 16 hours a day.ย 
This role requires the employee to meet the requirements and guidelines of DHS, the MN Department of Health.
Responsibilities, at a minimum:
  • The role of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to ensure that the health and safety needs of the client are met
  • The RN will also help ensure that the Rightway is in compliance with current regulations and standards of practice
  • Must be able to relate professionally with the client and family members
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Perform nursing direct treatment and procedures
  • Monitors and maintains client medical record, ensures appropriate assessments are completed timely, documentation is appropriate and client has current care plans in place
  • Ensures all physician orders are signed and implemented
  • Maintains and monitors medication administration program
  • Reports and interprets observations of client's behavior
  • Must be a team player
  • Perform duties as required or delegated

Job qualifications:
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Have a current board of nursing license in Minnesota and a valid driver's license
  • Have current Mantoux testingย 
  • Have excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic nursing skills
