Job description

Make a meaningful difference providing individualized support as a part-time Registered Nurse in a local school setting near Aurora, IL. This rewarding contract position centers on providing 1:1 care for a 4-year-old student with oxygen needs, ensuring their safety and well-being each Friday morning. You'll be an essential advocate, working within a collaborative school community and making a profound, positive impact in a student’s daily life.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Prior experience as an RN in a school environment required
  • Previous critical care experience highly desirable
  • Ability to provide documentation of licensure and certification
  • Submission of an updated resume as part of the application process
  • For this position, LPNs will not be considered

Role Overview:

  • Provide direct, 1:1 care to a young student requiring oxygen during school hours
  • Monitor and respond to the student's medical needs with expertise and compassion
