Registered Nurse (RN) - Multiple Specialties

Job Type: Full Time, Part Time

Shift: Day/Night

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes
  • Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
  • Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
  • Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
  • Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care
  • Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
